Purpose and Objective
The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for the stability, security, and ongoing operation of BannerPRT’s infrastructure platforms across Azure, Microsoft 365, and on‑premises environments.
The Senior Systems Administrator serves as a senior technical escalation point and works closely with managed service providers (MSPs) to ensure service quality, consistency, and adherence to BannerPRT standards, security requirements, and operational expectations in a regulated environment.
Benefits
The expected hiring compensation range for this position is $165,000 - $175,000 USD annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The current bonus target for the position is 20% of the base salary with a stretch to twice the target, modified for corporate and individual performance.
